Order Status:

We will send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as your item is on its way to you.

Misprints and wrong orders:

If your book is misprinted or your order is wrong, send us an e-mail at the store address (store@interrobangstudios.com) and we'll do everything we can to make it right. If you received a misprinted copy of DI #1 (which were sold at the end of 2008) please contact us for a free corrected copy. If you notice that you made a mistake in placing your order, and would like to either cancel or change the order, e-mail us within twenty-four hours of the order so we can fix things before we ship.

Payment:

For online orders, we only accept payment through Google Checkout, which is integrated into the store. No orders are shipped until payment has cleared.

Shipping:

We ship through USPS. Your order will ship the Monday after your payment clears. For US orders, your order should arrive with two weeks, and probably much sooner. If two weeks have passed and your order has not arrived, please contact us at store@interrobangstudios.com

International Orders:

We are willing to ship to any country which accepts mail from the US. However, shipping prices and times may vary dramatically for international shipping. International customers are solely responsible for any import taxes, tariffs, or fees that may apply. Our payment vendor may not immediately take some international orders. If you are placing an international order and encounter any issues, please contact us at store@interrobangstudios.com

Bulk Orders:

If you would like to order more than a dozen books at once, e-mail us for a bulk shipping quote.

Security and Privacy:

All financial information goes through secure 3rd parties, and never comes to us. Here at Interrobang Studios, we promise that your orders, address, and other personal information will remain confidential and will never be shared.
