Considering Link here is a dream and he's gay, I think this is Peach imagining he's straight and there for dating the pretty and thin Zelda. In 'real life' he's gay and possibly single. That's my take.

Well.. I tested in Brawl by grabbing Zelda as Peach. It seems they were the same thin, but still, Zelda's should looked so enormous, it looked like she had a HUMPBACK. :O
