AHH! Feels great to be back! ...Mind you, we didn't go anywhere, but Replica Watches that's neither here nor there. I am simply happy to be at this desk, typing this news post.
Why?
Because I'm so incredibly, beamingly proud of all the work we did on our 'weeks off.'
We've got two weeks worth of strips in 'backlog.' I know that doesn't sound like much, so indulge me a moment. That's 2 of each Ralph Lauren UK of 5 strips, each one pencilled, inked, scanned, cleaned, colored and rendered. So that's 6 steps per strip times ten strips? We did the equivalent of 60 works of art.
You know what?
That's not all. We've got 16 new illustrations--and if you're still with me on the math, that's the equivalent of 96 pieces of art. Five of those new pieces are up in the gallery already, go ahead and check'em out. The next eleven pieces will debut when Trigger Star introduces the rest of the cast. That's this Friday! Don't Miss it! Characters that won't die the strip after they premiere.
Oh, do you think we finished there? HA! NO NO! We are not human, we cannot be reasonned with. We are artistic juggernauts who barrel forward into the night leaving trails of eraser peelies in our wake! No bristol board is safe and no french curve unbent!
We have fresh updates for the character encyclopedia--a good dozen supporting cast and recurring characters that are as of yet un-documented in our reservoir of comic-knowledge. That ends shortly. Look for new encyclopedia entries after this Friday. Yes, those new Trigger Star characters again. Yummy, huh?
Oh am I done? I think not! There were GRAPHICS composed! Links, banners, donation button updates, forum customizing headers and buttons, and that favicion that a forum member requested can all be checked off the 'to do' list! I have to ask that you trust I'm not padding the list, because those all require our Flughaben's help to get them up on the site.
HUZZAH!
Your comics are back on a daily basis! Your comic artists have made great strides! Those kids we bought last weekend won't tell the authorities anything! Life is GOOD!
